An Enneagram type 6 is one of nine personality types. It is commonly called the loyalist or loyal skeptic. Type 6 is focused on finding assurance and what can be trusted in order to resolve internal doubts and questions.

Enneagram type 6 can struggle with continually doubting and questioning themselves and others as well as scanning for possible dangers and imagining worst-case scenarios.

Enneagram type 6 seeks something or someone that gives them the assurance to move forward. They get angry when others are pushing or bullying them to move in a particular direction where they have doubts and mistrust.
